Das Paket gibts weiterhin als einzelnen Treiber ohne Controlpanel + Controlpanel extra, oder beides zusammen + die WDM Treiber wer DSL hat. Oder eben mit dem neuen Catalyst Control Center, als 44mb großes Paket. Auszug aus den Release Notes:

As with most CATALYST releases performance has increased in various situations. The following performance gains are noticed in the game Doom3:
